Ruby launches care only under Black women clinical leadership, and the search is underway. Leadership here means founding equity with operational authority over clinical policy, not an advisory seat and a headshot.

Who we most hope reads this: board-certified OB/GYNs with fibroid management experience, dermatologists with CCCA experience, and midlife-focused clinicians who are tired of watching this patient population get dismissed.
