1. What this site is

Ruby is a health brand in development. This preview site publishes educational guides, planned pricing, a description of the launch gate, and two free forms. Nothing on it is for sale, and there are no accounts.

2. No medical services, no clinical relationship

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reading it, joining the waitlist, or writing to us creates no clinician-patient relationship. No clinical team exists at Ruby today, and no care is delivered through this site. For an emergency, call 911. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

3. The guides

The guides summarize published sources, cite them by name and URL, and are checked against those sources before publishing. They can still lag a changed source or miss your situation entirely. Your own clinician has the context this site cannot.

4. Planned pricing

Prices shown on the pricing page are planned launch prices, not offers. Nothing is purchasable today, and prices can change before launch. Changes will appear on the pricing page itself.

5. Your use of the site

Personal, lawful use only. Do not scrape the forms, misrepresent yourself in them, or attempt to break the site. Content on this site belongs to Ruby or its sources and may be quoted with attribution.

6. As-is, while in preview

This site is provided as it stands, with no promises about availability, completeness, or fitness for a purpose. To the extent the law allows, Ruby is not liable for how the site is used or for decisions made from it.

7. Changes

These terms are a draft. A counsel-checked version replaces them before anything is sold, posted at this address with a date.

This document is a working draft published for transparency while Ruby is in preview. It is not in force, no services are sold today, and a counsel-checked final version will replace it before launch.
